He majored in Administrative Sciences at Universidad de Lima and worked as a project analyst in the financial system and stock market for Banco Industrial and Banco Wiese Sudameris developing new products and services, and implementing revision and redesign of processes. He was chief of administration of editorial projects at Editorial El Comercio, and has developed introductory and promotional campaigns for brands of musical instruments and professional audio equipment. Gonzalo is currently member of Inyectores, hard core band, and was vocalist/guitar player of historic punk band, G3. He is founder of the independent label Mundano Records.

She studied Communication at Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru, specializing in Communication for Development. She has worked at ADRA coaching rural communities on health and environment issues and at UNICEF on maternal mortality prevention projects. Romina has also worked at CARE and Fundades.
